PTC Onshape is seeking a high-performing SMB Sales Manager to lead a team of 4–8 Account Executives across the EMEA market. This player-coach role emphasizes a clean forecast, fast coaching, and closing strategic deals in a fast-paced, product-led SaaS environment.
You’ll manage inbound and outbound efforts, collaborate with Marketing, SDRs, and Customer Success, and develop enablement programs to ramp reps quickly. Prior experience in B2B SaaS and MEDDICC will help you succeed.
