Executive Director, Strategic CS & Growth

Uber Freight seeks a Director of Strategic Customer Success & Growth to drive retention and strategic expansion for enterprise clients. You will lead a team of Strategic Customer Success Partners and act as the trusted advisor to client C-suites, aligning supply chain metrics with growth opportunities.

You will own client relationships, coordinate with Operations, and influence product development while overseeing budgeting and P&L for assigned accounts. Travel up to 50% is required.
