Ripple is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of strategic treasury accounts across the EMEA region. You will drive adoption, retention, and expansion of Ripple Treasury’s cash, liquidity, forecasting, payments, netting and reconciliation capabilities.
You will develop deep understanding of each customer’s treasury organization, foster senior‑level relationships, run QBRs, and analyze value against targets.
