Customer Team Leader — Lead a Busy Co-op Store (2pm–10pm)

CO-OP is looking for a Customer Team Leader to run a small store team and deliver essential services to the community. You will lead on-shift, handle tills, and ensure great service while supporting store operations and local community engagement.

You will also manage merchandising, stock accuracy, and HR processes, while acting as the face of the store and championing Co-op membership and services including post office or bakery depending on location.
