Lead Registered Manager – New Trauma-Informed Home

sjb medical seeks an exceptional Registered Manager to lead the launch and operation of a new children’s home in the London Borough of Hackney. You will build a trauma-informed, therapeutic environment focused on stability, safety and positive outcomes for vulnerable children and young people.

You will recruit and develop a high-performing team, work with Hackney Council, ensure Ofsted readiness, and model psychological safety and compassionate leadership in a fast-paced setting.
