HVDC Commissioning Engineer — Remote to Onsite

PE Global is recruiting an experienced Commissioning Engineer for an energy client based in Peterhead, Scotland. The role is a contract through to June 2028 at £375 p/day outside IR35, with initial remote planning and full-time onsite from Q2 2027.

The project involves planning, testing 400kV HVDC switchgear, coordinating site teams and contractors, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance across multiple sites in the UK.
