Lead Electrical Engineer : Aberdeen

We are recruiting for an experienced Lead Electrical Engineer to provide technical leadership across major projects.

You’ll lead the electrical engineering team, ensuring quality, delivery, budgets, and schedules are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing the electrical engineering team, including workload allocation, delivery, and development
• Providing technical input across projects, tenders, proposals, design reviews, and engineering deliverables
• Managing electrical engineering scopes, ensuring work is delivered to agreed budgets, schedules, standards, and regulations
• Acting as the key electrical engineering contact for clients, project management, and multidisciplinary teams
