Senior Construction Manager – Residential Project Delivery

Excelsior Group Limited is seeking a Construction Manager to deliver residential projects from pre-construction through handover. You will manage programmes, drive site performance and report to Directors, coordinating with Site Managers, Commercial, Procurement and Design.

Based in the Midlands, you will lead multiple live projects with a focus on safety, quality and value engineering, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to budget across a £6m-£25m portfolio.
