WGSN is hiring a Client Success Specialist for our London office. The role supports the Account Management team to ensure clients understand and gain value from our product portfolio, with a commercial edge to identify upsell opportunities while prioritising volume retention.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, with bonus language skills in French, German, Italian or Spanish, and bring strong customer service experience, preferably in fashion. Office-based, UK rights to work required.
