Store Operations & Customer Experience Manager

Sainsbury’s Group is seeking a Customer & Trading Manager to lead store operations, supervise a small team of managers and deliver outstanding service to customers.

You’ll drive daily performance, manage people, handle disciplinary issues, and ensure scheduling and pay are accurate, while supporting nearby stores when needed.
