Hybrid Development Management Lead

Carrington West is recruiting for a Development Management – Team Leader role in the South West on a 6-month contract. You will lead a Development Management team, ensuring visible, supportive day-to-day leadership and effective case handling.

You will conduct one-to-ones, reviews, manage workloads, oversee capacity and risks, and provide professional guidance on complex planning cases. Hybrid working and 37 hours per week are offered.
