Safety, Training & Compliance Specialist

SourceCo Recruitment is seeking a Training, Compliance & Safety Officer for our Hampshire site. The role combines safety leadership, risk assessment, training delivery and continuous improvement in a busy food production environment.

You will conduct audits, maintain training records, and work with site management to drive safety culture. IOSH qualification is essential, NEBOSH is desirable, and a strong communicator will thrive on engaging staff at all levels.
