Nottingham Branch Experience Advisor – Part Time

Santander is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to join Nottingham 36 CS Branch. This 21-hour-per-week role spans a rota from Monday to Saturday between 8am and 6pm. You’ll greet customers, handle transactions, assist with technology in-branch, and support fraud prevention and inquiries.

You’ll work as part of a close-knit team, delivering flexible, multiskilled service and growing knowledge of Santander products to enhance the customer journey.
