Student Retail Operations Deputy Manager

The University of Southampton Students’ Union (SUSU) is seeking a proactive Deputy Retail Manager to support daily operations of its retail outlets. You will work with the Retail Manager to lead a diverse team of permanent and student staff, ensuring excellent customer service and strong commercial performance while creating a welcoming environment for students and visitors.

Shifts cover Monday to Friday from early morning to late afternoon and weekends with occasional evenings and events.
