Store Operations Leader

Alo Yoga is recruiting an Operations Manager to lead store operations in the UK. You will drive inventory control, labor planning, and scheduling to ensure the store is customer-ready at all times.

As a leader, you will partner with the General Manager to manage budgets, review key business metrics, and plan for future needs while maintaining Alo’s guiding principles and brand standards. Ability to balance operations with exceptional guest service is essential.
