Provide operational and administrative support for community-based health screening programmes
Coordinate participant registration, scheduling, and event assignments
Manage event logistics and support smooth execution of screening activities
Handle enquiries from members of the public and external stakeholders
Maintain accurate databases and process participant data before and after events
Support follow-up coordination and appointment arrangements where required
Assist with planning and coordination of community outreach and engagement events
Deploy onsite for events, site visits, and public engagement activities
Support staff rostering and event calendar coordination
Prepare reports, documentation, and meeting support materials
Participate in process improvement initiatives and other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirement
Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health / Social Service or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
