Part-Time Store Team Leader: Inspire Teams & Service

The Southern Co-operative Limited is seeking a Team Leader to drive our store forward, inspiring others, championing our values and delivering an outstanding customer experience. The role involves supporting all store operations, community engagement, and stepping up in the Store Manager’s absence, with a focus on developing colleagues and delivering energy and organisation.

This is a part-time role, 27 hours per week across 3 days, with shifts including mornings, evenings and weekends.
