CAFM & Asset Data Manager – Band 6 to 7 Development

Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Assistant CAFM Manager for the Building, Engineering & Maintenance division. The role starts at Band 6 and progresses to Band 7, with day-to-day responsibility for managing CAFM data and related processes.

You will lead a small team, support system upgrades, ensure compliance reporting, and coordinate data collection for the premises assurance model, working closely with Estates information systems and stakeholders.
