Groundworks Gang. Machine Operator and 2 Groundworkers

One Way are looking for an experienced Groundworks Gang for a busy project in the Wimborne area.Ideally, we are looking for an established gang consisting of:

• 1 x Machine Operator.
• 2 x Groundworkers.

The gang must have good all-round groundworks experience, particularly drainage, excavations and general groundworks.The Machine Operator must be hands-on and willing to get out of the machine and assist the Groundworkers when required. This is a team-based role rather than a machine-only position.Requirements:

• Machine Operator with appropriate valid CPCS or NPORS ticket.
• Groundworkers with valid CSCS cards.
• Strong drainage and general groundworks experience.
• Full PPE.
• Good understanding of site health and safety.
• Reliable and able to work effectively as a team.
