Data Privacy Lawyer

Our client a leading Global Financial Services Firm a is seeking a Legal Counsel to be responsible for Data Privacy, Digital and Technology Regulation based in the central London offices.

This will be a role at VP level and will provide strategic advice across the UK and EMEA covering a broad range of data privacy, digital, Cyber Security, AI and general Technology and commercial matters

Key Responsibilities

Providing guidance on:

• Data Privacy & GDPR Compliance
• Technology, Outsourcing & Vendor Arrangements
• AI, Digital Innovation & Emerging Technologies
• Business & Technology Change Projects
• Cybersecurity & Incident Response
• EMEA Regional Coverage advisory across the business
• Commercial Contracts
• Third Party Governance , DORA review and advice

Candidate Profile

• Qualified Lawyer with a Commercial and Data Privacy Background
• Experience in Data Privacy , GDPR, IT & Cybersecurity
• In-house financial services or Private Practice experience
