Vehicle Collection and Delivery Driver

Job description:

Red Recruitment are seeking a motivated and dependable Vehicle Collection and Delivery Driver to join our clients dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles to collect and deliver vehicles across designated routes
• Verify vehicle condition upon pickup and delivery, noting any damages or issues
• Communicate clearly with dispatch teams regarding schedules, delays, or vehicle concerns
• Assist with loading and unloading vehicles, including heavy lifting when necessary
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and vehicle documentation
• Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies during transit
• Provide excellent customer service by representing the company professionally during interactions

Skills

• Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar transportation role
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• Experience driving long wheel base vans
• Good knowledge of the UK road network
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and customers
• Able to travel across the UK

Shift: Monday- Friday 07:30-16:30 (Standard)

Days and working hours can vary depending on the business needs and delivery requirements.
