London Hotel & Major Project Director

Hill & Hill Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Project Director to oversee a £60m, 500-bed hotel project in North West London. You will drive delivery across residential, mixed-use and commercial schemes, coordinating planning, design, pre-construction and construction activities.

The role reports to the Operations Director and requires extensive experience managing large London-based schemes, with involvement in planning, design, pre-construction and delivery phases.
