Senior HRBP – FMCG, Multi-Site Leadership (9–12m FTC)

Aspion is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join a multi-site FMCG operation across Derby & Surrounding Areas. The role is a 9–12 month FTC with £60,000–£70,000 pro rata, plus a car allowance and bonus, and requires regular travel between sites.

The successful candidate will shape people strategy, drive engagement and culture, and provide pragmatic HR leadership across sites, engaging with senior leaders and frontline colleagues alike.
