Food Production Operative- AM

The Butchers Recruiter are looking for several Food Production Operatives in Coventry. These are long-term opportunities, with ongoing work from June until into 2027, with a high likelihood of this turning into a permanent job.

You will be working in a chilled environment, handling raw or cured meat (pork/bacon/gammon) through processing, slicing, packing, and delivery – all to customer specifications and quality standards.

Working Hours:

06.00 to 14:00 Monday to Friday

What you’ll be doing as Food Production Operative:

• Processing, slicing, and weighing products
• Grading and packing to customer specs
• Checking labels and packaging
• Palletising finished goods
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area
• Reporting health & safety concerns
• Working as part of a team to meet targets
• Following all company policies and procedures
