Mental Health Support Worker – 12h Shifts, Growth & Support

Cygnet Health Care’s Raglan House in Smethwick is seeking a confident and compassionate Mental Health Support Worker for full-time 42 hours per week. You will work 12-hour shifts across days and nights, including every other weekend, helping residents build independence and new skills in a 25-bed high-support inpatient rehabilitation (level 2) service for women.

You will provide emotional support, encourage daily living skills, and be a steady, trusting presence.
