Inizio is seeking a Community IV Nurse to deliver patient-centred intravenous therapy and specialist nursing care in patients’ homes and community settings. You will manage your own caseload, perform assessments, administer IV medications and provide education to patients and carers, while collaborating with pharmacists and consultants to ensure safe, high-quality care outside hospital.
