support worker

We are looking for a reliable, caring and flexible female support worker to support a 78-year-old lady living with dementia in the CV7 area., The support worker will provide assistance with:

• Preparing and providing a meal
• Support with medication
• Offering companionship and reassurance.
• Supervising the client while mobilising to ensure her safety.
• Supporting her with maintaining a safe and comfortable environment.

• Monday to Thursday: Tea-time call 5:15pm-6:00pm 45 minutes
• Friday: Lunchtime call at 12:30pm 30 minutes

Pay: £16.00 per hour
