Senior Care Lead: Clinical & Team Mentor

Bupa in East Wittering is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead a Care Team in Church Farm Care Home. You will drive daily unit operations, oversee medication administration, review care plans, and ensure accurate records.

You will mentor staff, support new team members, build strong relationships with residents, families, GPs and district nurses, and help residents with personal care. The role includes training and opportunities to develop clinical and social care skills.
