Senior IT Service Desk Lead – Hardware & AD Support

Essential Employment is seeking a Senior Support Officer – IT Service Desk in Atherstone for a temporary role. The position pays £19.47 per hour PAYE and involves hands-on hardware and software support across PCs, mobile devices and laptops.

The successful candidate will supervise day-to-day IT Service desk staff, ensure timely resolution of issues, manage Active Directory changes, and administer user accounts and permissions to maintain system integrity.
