Residential Conveyancing Paralegal – Manage Your Caseload

Talk Staff Group Limited’s Talk Staff Recruitment division is seeking a candidate for a Residential Conveyancing role in the East Midlands. You will manage a varied caseload from instruction through to completion, ensuring a high standard of client service.

The position involves liaising with estate agents, lenders and third parties, preparing documents, performing searches and using Case Management Systems. Salary is £26,000–£32,000 per annum, pro rata for part-time hours.
