Senior CoSec – Subsidiary Governance (Hybrid/Remote)

Wood is seeking a Senior Assistant Company Secretary, Subsidiary Governance to join our Corporate Secretariat team on a permanent basis. The role oversees corporate compliance for approximately 350 entities across the EMEA and APAC regions, and will line manage four Subsidiary Governance Associates.

This position requires strong stakeholder management and the ability to operate within legislative frameworks and Wood’s policy, escalating to the Head of Corporate Governance as needed.
