New Homes Customer Care Coordinator

Cala Group Limited is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to support a high-quality customer experience after handover of new homes. You will liaise with customers, contractors and internal teams to coordinate remedial works and manage a busy caseload.

The role requires strong organisational and written communication skills, with experience in a fast-paced environment and a knowledge of the housebuilding process. Monday to Friday, on-site in Scotland.
