Property Manager – Residential Blocks & Estates (Hybrid)

Residential Management Group (RMG) is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee block and estate management for diverse developments across the North West. You will apply knowledge of the Building Safety Act, Higher Risk Buildings, leases, and service charge budgeting to deliver compliant, well-run estates.

Based hybrid in Preston/Lancaster area with site visits duties from home, you will lead meetings, maintain audit trails, manage major works programs, and build strong relationships
