Teaching Assistant

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and the SEN team to support students in and out of the classroom, helping to remove barriers to learning and fostering a positive, inclusive environment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting students with their learning, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and English as an Additional Language (EAL)
• Assisting in classroom activities, small group interventions, and one-to-one support
• Encouraging and promoting independent learning and student confidence
• Providing pastoral care and supporting students’ social and emotional well-beingWe welcome applicants from all backgrounds, whether you are an experienced Teaching Assistant, a recent graduate, or someone looking for a rewarding career change. The ideal candidate will have:

• GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (essential)
