Salary: GBP90 – GBP105 per day (dependent on experience)

Contract: Full-Time | Term Time Only

The Role

  • Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
  • Working with individual pupils and small groups to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Providing additional support to children with varying learning needs.
  • Promoting positive behaviour and encouraging pupil engagement.
  • Assisting with classroom preparation and learning resources.
  • Supporting pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development.
  • Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience working with children in a school, nursery, or similar setting.
  • A positive, patient, and proactive attitude.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
  • A genuine passion for education and supporting young people.
  • Relevant Teaching Assistant qualifications (desirable but not essential).
