Novus, LTE Group’s prison education provider at HMYOI Wetherby, is seeking a Support and Progression Coach to help learners identify goals, overcome barriers and make progress toward education, employment, training or personal development.

This permanent, full-time role (37 hours per week) involves one-to-one coaching, collaboration with teaching teams, initial assessments, action plans and safeguarding duties, with generous leave and wellbeing provisions.
