Job Description:
Oaklands School is seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to support learners aged 5-16 with complex learning needs. You will deliver highly personalised, multi-sensory lessons aligned with EHCP outcomes and use total communication approaches to support minimally verbal pupils.
You will join a therapeutic, inclusive team, collaborating with therapists and support staff to monitor progress and adapt targets. Full training in AAC/PECS/Makaton is provided.
