Flexible Roadside Mechanic – Up to £57k + Benefits

The RAC is hiring a SuperFlex Roadside Mechanic in the East Midlands cluster. You’ll respond to roadside incidents, diagnose faults, and get members back on the road quickly. You’ll start with your own RAC van, fuel card, uniform, tools, and diagnostic kit.

Shifts run from 06:00 to 02:00, about 40 hours per week, with a 7‑day roster planned in advance. Local area coverage, early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays are typical.
