Education Mentor – Self-Employed

• Deliver tailored, one-to-one lessons aligned to each learner’s individual needs
• Support pupils with SEN and SEMH needs to build confidence and make meaningful progress
• Build positive, trusting relationships that encourage engagement and wellbeing
• Work closely with safeguarding specialists to ensure student safety at all times
• Primarily deliver face-to-face tuition in students’ homes, with some remote teaching opportunitiesQTS or QTLS is not essential
• Minimum of 1 year’s experience teaching or tutoring children and young people with SEN and/or SEMH needs
• Experience delivering the UK curriculum
• Availability for at least 2 days (or 4 sessions) per week
• A compassionate, child-centred, and trauma-informed approach
• Full UK driving licence, We are fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. All posts require an enhanced DBS check.Working pattern: Flexible, term-time only. Minimum 2 days per week. Self-employed (paid per timetabled hours).
