Night Shift Guest Experience Specialist

easyHotel in Oxford is hiring a Night Shift – Team Member to help ensure guests have a great overnight experience. This permanent role pays £13.05 per hour and offers the chance to be the first point of contact for guests, handling queries and ensuring smooth operations.

You’ll inspect rooms, coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping, and contribute to high guest satisfaction. Fluent English and right to work are required; additional languages are a plus.
