Multi-Trade Technician – Social Housing Repairs (Van & PPE)

Wates is hiring a skilled Multi Trader to carry out responsive repairs and maintenance in occupied social housing homes. You will perform general multi-trade tasks, diagnose repair issues, and keep residents informed with a professional approach.

You’ll update job records on a mobile device, work to SLAs, and contribute to a supportive team. A proven trade background, NVQ Level 2, a valid UK driving licence, and social housing experience are required; DBS checks apply.
