CNC Operator – KidderminsterSalary: £16.00 per hourLocation: KidderminsterJob Type: Full-Time

We are currently recruiting for an experienced CNC Operator to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Kidderminster.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating 3-axis Hurco and Haas CNC machines, producing high-quality components to specification while maintaining excellent standards of accuracy and quality.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Operating 3-axis Hurco and Haas CNC machines
• Loading and unloading machines
• Setting and operating machinery to produce components
• Checking finished components using measuring equipment
• Reading and working from engineering drawings
• Carrying out quality checks throughout the production process
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Following company procedures and health & safety guidelines

Requirements:

• Previous experience operating CNC machinery
• Experience with Hurco and/or Haas machines would be highly beneficial
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
• Good understanding of CNC manufacturing processes
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable and able to work independently
