Senior Housing Services Lead – Tenancy & ASB, Kent

Dartford Borough Council is seeking an experienced Housing Services Manager to lead a team of twenty-four staff across four functional areas and drive excellence in tenancy management, anti-social behaviour response, income collection and resident engagement.

You will work with Kent Police and other agencies, develop strategic projects, ensure compliance with housing standards, and contribute to the council’s vision of being the best Housing Landlord Service in Kent.
