Warehouse Operative (Potential Temp to Perm)

Location: LutonSalary: £12.71 per hour, 37.5 hours per week

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our client’s warehouse team in Luton on a potential temp to perm basis, with a genuine opportunity to grow into a permanent role for the right person.

About the Role

You’ll play a key part in the day-to-day running of our clients warehouse, with duties including:

• Pick and pack
• Goods in
• Loading and unloading
• Supporting the wider team with ad hoc duties as required
• Participating in stock takes

What We’re Looking For

• Prior warehouse experience essential
• Demonstrable competence in pick and pack
• A strong work ethic and genuine willingness to get stuck in
• Reliable and punctual
• Flexible approach to working hours – shifts may vary (e.g. 08:30-17:00 or 09:00-17:30), with occasional Saturday cover required
• Someone looking for a long-term opportunity, as this role is temp to perm
