A well-established and growing construction contractor is seeking an Estimator to join their team in Belfast. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to play a key role in securing and delivering a range of commercial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions
• Analyse drawings, specifications, and project documentation
• Obtain and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations
• Identify project risks and opportunities during the tender process
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure competitive bids
• Support the handover of successful projects to operations teams

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in an Estimator role within construction
• Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and estimating software
