Catering Supervisor required for an immediate start working within the catering department in Daisy Hill Hospital.
These are temporary full time positions initially for 3 months with possible extension.
Successful candidates will work one of the following shift patterns: Mon-Fri: 8am – 4pm. Pay rate is £12.75 per hour
The main duties will be leading a team in one or more of the following areas, dining room/ coffee bar and patient meal service.
To audit, monitor and maintain acceptable levels of catering services in all areas of responsibility including agreeing actions plans and ensuring outcomes are achieved. Have knowledge and cater for any dietary requirements and ensure compliance in relation to allergens. Plan and supervision of work schedules
What We Need From You
– A minimum of 2 years experience working in a customer/patient service role in either a healthcare environment or the Hospitality Industry
– An understanding of food hygiene
– Willingness to undergo an Access NI police check
