This role is focused on hands-on engineering and development, working closely with technical and business stakeholders to deliver robust Salesforce solutions, integrations and platform improvements. Key Responsibilities
- Develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex
- Build and maintain Flows and automation
- Develop REST/SOAP API integrations
- Work with event-driven integrations and data
- Support data migration and complex data management
- Develop Service Cloud functionality across Cases, Leads and Opportunities
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Work closely with technical and business stakeholders
- Contribute to the design and development of the greenfield solution
Essential Experience
- Strong commercial Salesforce Development experience
- Strong hands-on Apex
- Extensive Service Cloud
- Salesforce Flows and automation
- Salesforce integrations/APIs
- Event-driven integration experience
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working in a greenfield environment
