Interested in this role You can find all the relevant information in the description below.Salary: £13.65 per hourHours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am 4:15pm (1 hour unpaid break)Job Type: Temporary OngoingStart Date: Immediate Start AvailableJob Description Taskmaster Resources LTD are currently recruiting for a Team Leader to join a busy fashion warehouse based in Batley, WF17 .This is a unique Team Leader opportunity within a fashion and online retail operation and would suit someone with a strong interest and knowledge of fashion, clothing brands and current trends.What does the role involve? You will lead a team responsible for sorting and assessing incoming clothing , identifying the best-quality and most desirable items to be sold online.You do not need to have worked in an eCommerce warehouse previously , but you should have a good understanding of fashion and what makes a product appealing to customers.The successful candidate will use their knowledge of fashion brands, styles, trends and customer demand to help identify which products should be selected for online sale.Once selected, products are prepared for online retail by being photographed, described and listed for customers to purchase .Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate and support a team of employees, agency workers, volunteers and placement groups.Monitor team performance and KPIs, taking action where required.Support the training and development of team members.Lead the sorting team and ensure products are assessed correctly.Identify high-quality and commercially valuable clothing suitable for online sales.Use knowledge of fashion brands, styles and current trends when assessing products.Keep up to date with fashion and online retail trends.Plan and manage the daily workflow across sorting, photography, online listings, dispatch, stock and inventory.Ensure the team works efficiently and meets required targets and standards.Support the wider warehouse operation when required.About You The ideal candidate will have:Previous experience within fashion, clothing, online retail, eCommerce , or a fashion-related qualification.A strong knowledge of fashion brands, styles and current trends .A genuine interest in fashion and an understanding of what customers are likely to want to buy.Previous experience working to KPIs and targets .Experience of leading, supervising, motivating or developing a team .Strong organisational and communication skills.The ability to work in a busy environment and manage competing priorities.Why Apply? £13.65 per hourMonday to Friday working hoursTemporary ongoing opportunityImmediate start availableOpportunity to work within an established fashion and online retail operationSuitable for candidates with a strong fashion background looking to develop their experience in online retailTo apply , please send an up-to-date CV to the Taskmaster Recruitment team.Taskmaster Resources LTD act as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy. xwwtmva Remote working/work at home options are available for this role….
