The Opportunity
Working as part of a supportive and close-knit team, you will manage a varied portfolio of personal lines clients, handling:
New business enquiriesRenewalsMid-term adjustmentsClient servicing and relationship managementYou will advise clients across a range of products including:
Home InsuranceMotor InsuranceTravel InsuranceHigh-Net-Worth personal lines products (Luxury Vehicle, Boat, Art, Watches, Jewellery, Collectables etc.)This role offers the chance to work with discerning Mid-Net-Worth and High-Net-Worth individuals, requiring a consultative and service-led approach, strong attention to detail, and the ability to build trust with clients.
Key Responsibilities
Managing a portfolio of personal lines clientsHandling new business, renewals, and MTAsProviding tailored insurance advice and quotationsBuilding strong relationships with both clients and insurersDelivering first-class customer service via phone and emailIdentifying opportunities to cross-sell additional productsEnsuring FCA compliance and accurate record keepingAbout You
The successful candidate will ideally have:
Previous experience within Personal Lines insuranceStrong communication and relationship-building skillsExcellent customer service abilityHigh attention to detailA professional and organised approachA willingness to continue learning and developing within the insurance industryExperience dealing with Mid-Net-Worth or High-Net-Worth clients would be advantageous, although not essential.
