Senior QA Engineer – AI & Omnichannel Quality

Keyloop is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to own quality across our product portfolio, defining the QA strategy from backend services to omnichannel communications. You will build automated tests for a TS/Node.js/React/Python stack and design evaluation frameworks for AI agent behaviour, focusing on reliability, performance and security.

You will collaborate with engineers and product teams to embed quality from the start, advocate for testability and help raise the bar on what constitutes done.
